- Every diamond we sell is carefully selected from a large stock. We purchase goods from Tel Aviv, Antwerp, New York and the Far East.
- We insist on buying at the best price and passing on the best prices to our customers. We have an ever-changing and evolving stock and our aim is to provide you, the customer, with unique and special deals, whether for luxury items or for more modest pieces and to save you time and money.
- We certify all our diamonds as conflict-free stones and can provide documentation.
- We can provide certificated diamonds or arrange for diamonds to be GIA, HRD, IGI or EGL certificated upon request.
- Valuations can be provided, upon request, for vintage and second hand jewellery
- We are happy to fulfil any order, from small jobbings to large orders, from £50 to £5,000,000.
- We provide an approbation service, enabling customers to view diamonds before purchase. We are happy to post out goods on approbation for up to two weeks, via special delivery.
- Orders can be placed by phone, fax and email. We are more than happy to discuss orders in person or by phone.
- Discounts are available for purchasing quantity, subject to agreement.
- We do not ship outside the UK- (We can now) but we can ship to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
- All payments must be settled within 30 days unless agreed otherwise
- Payment can be made by cheque or cash. We do not accept credit/debit cards.
- We provide a bespoke service for custom-made jewellery.
